Certified level 2 Eddy Current Inspector in accordance with NAS 410 specifications. As a nondestructive inspector, my responsibility is to identify any defects on the engine propulsion systems without altering the part in any way. I identify any cracks or discontinuities in the eddy current flow on each geometry of a given part to determine if the crack or discontinuity meets reject criteria provided by the technical orders. If the part does not pass inspection, I visually inspect, prep, and polish the part in accordance with the technical orders provided on the work control document. I comply with all technical orders, time compliance technical orders, process orders, quality standards, safety standards, and all other related data not mentioned above. I verify all information provided on the work control documents match what is on the part before inspection. I report recommend technical order changes to engineer if there are any discrepancies. I use the RFC system to inspect parts as specified by the work control document. I am also certified to test aluminum alloy parts to ensure the conductivity readings are within limits in accordance with technical orders. I ensure the part has been properly heat treated and hardness tested in accordance with technical orders before preforming conductivity inspection.

Regularly assist in Chemical Clean on overtime, identifying correct cleaning process IAW with work control document and applicable technical data and ensuring type of material is compatible with cleaning process. I follow all OSHA and OC-ALC safety regulations and PPE requirements ensuring no hazardous chemical comes in contact with skin. After going through the chemical process, the part is rinsed of the excess chemicals and dried. After the process, the part is inspected to determine if it is passable, or requires another run through the process.

My primary responsibility is to oversee the day-to-day operations of the business unit. I lead the unit to hitting goals and maintaining high overall satisfaction and speed of service scores weekly. I provide great customer service on a daily basis, and handle customer complaints and feedback appropriately according to the circumstance. I handle the unit’s finances, including budgets and ordering product and supplies. I review financial statements to determine where we can reduce the budget. I evaluated employees to determine their pay adjustment during their evaluation period. I have conversations with the team to give and receive feedback, which sometimes include providing disciplinary actions such as verbal and written warnings or terminations if necessary. I took inventory of the unit’s product daily, inventory of the safe as well as, preparing and delivering deposits to the bank daily. I interview potential team members, and coach them through the hiring process. Assist in training and coaching new team members as well as, assigning them training buddies to ensure their success. Prepared the schedule for both the team members and the management team. I was required to follow local and state health guidelines. This includes maintaining a high level of sanitization in order to achieve a food safe environment. I oversaw the equipment cleaning processes and schedule, ensuring that all chemicals used were certified by NSF (National Sanitization Foundation.) I also had to make sure the team knew each chemicals proper use, what percentage each should be diluted, and how to properly dispose of any chemical waste. I was part of making the unit a certified training unit. For the unit to maintain its training status, we had to achieve a ninety percent or above on both our quarterly NSF audits and state health inspections. I have never failed an NSF audit or state health inspection. I have worked as the interim General Manager multiple times.

Before being promoted to manager, I was a team member at Whataburger. As a team member, my responsibilities consisted of processing customer payments, providing great customer service, processing and preparing accurate and timely orders, and basic cleaning. As a team member, I was employee of the month.

While not officially holding a management position, I was responsible for holding the other employees accountable for finishing their tasks in a timely manner. As a Painter’s apprentice, my main responsibilities included preparing surfaces for washing walls, repairing holes, or removing paint using chemicals such as acetone, paint thinner and remover. I handled prep work, such as taping, sanding, and cleaning surfaces. I did a lot of heavy lifting, moving paint and paint related machinery. I used many different types of paint including acrylic, primer, oil, latex, and water-based paints, as well as enamel, gloss, and satin. I have experience driving lifts as well. I have experience cleaning and discarding any hazardous waste, as well as leftover paint and material after the completion of the job.
