- Maintain an annual budget of $225,000 in direct-to-consumer wine sales.- Oversee and organize the company's participation in 40+ off-premise events and 200+ markets annually.- Analyze and assess sales trends from over 50,000 annual guests.- Work alongside Sales Director to develop methods for brand promotion and revenue growth.- Explore new areas and outlets for customer engagement.- Coordinate scheduling, supervision, and training of 25+ part-time employees and volunteers.- Train staff members in wine knowledge, sales techniques, company procedure, company history.- Visit 100+ accounts throughout MD and DE promoting, and establishing relationships with store owners/buyers.- Communicate with distribution representatives to ensure product placement and inventory allocation.- Effectively adapted and overcame challenges of the 2020 pandemic.- Other Roles: vineyard management and winery production, tasting room management and service, website development, building and property maintenance
