- Design and implement data integration and ETL/ELT pipelines using various technologies (e.g., ETL, API, SQL, cloud) to deliver scalable and efficient data solutions.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure the performance and health of enterprise data systems.Ensure compliance with system and security standards, including regulations related to PHI and PII.- Contribute to the development of automated workflows, testing, and deployment processes to improve time to solution for data and analytics initiatives.- Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline issues by working closely with customers, analysts, and engineers to identify and address root causes.- Support and maintain data delivery solutions while actively identifying opportunities for improvement.- Develop expertise across various business data domains, source systems, and processes to ensure solutions align with clinical and business functions.

-Architect and maintain efficient ELT/ETL pipelines using Snowflake, DBT Cloud, Azure Data Factory, and Airflow, ensuring streamlined data extraction, transformation, and loading.-Improve cost & performance of production engineering systems by migrating analytical workflows onto data platforms.-Create & assign role based access control of data platform resources.-Work closely with Platform, Machine Learning, Analytics Engineering & Data Science teams to fulfill requests that support company goals & initiatives.-Participate in code peer reviews and on-call rotations to maintain system integrity and performance, upholding high standards of data governance.
