In my current role I oversee Ground beef production and scheduling for multiple facilities. I have two people that I oversee day to day and answer any questions and solve any problems they may encounter to the best of my abilities. I also work with Sales, Material Handling, FSQA, Engineers, Transportation and Plant Managers to ensure we are fulfilling customer needs. I have also created multiple spreadsheets to help reduce time spent in some areas so we can channel focus on other areas for our company’s overall success.
