I am currently part of the head staff that is in charge of directing and running the camp. Steve Zemp put me in charge of keeping the 100+ acres of grass groomed, trimmed, and cleanly kept. Would trim and water trees. Keep the shop organized. Lay and tie rebar, build forms, pour concrete. Ran a skid steer for moving dirt, and any other thing that Steve asked me to do.This was my second summer to work at the Charles Machine Works, Inc. as a student temporary worker while on summer vacation from college.
