I am a 19-year United States Air Force veteran, Senior Master Sergeant (SMSgt), with a specialization in tactical aircraft maintenance on F-16s (Blocks 42 and 50) and F-15E aircraft. My career has encompassed various maintenance positions: flight line, phase inspection, maintenance operations center, transient alert, crash recovery, repair and reclamation, back shop production, and sortie generation production. Additionally, I have experience in Inspectors General and Wing Safety. Currently, I am the Lead Production Superintendent for 22 F-15Es stationed at Seymour Johnson AFB, NC. I also have a valid security clearance. My career has spanned multiple operating locations and environments - austere & serene and peace & combat operations. I have been fortunate to lead multiple diverse teams on various projects - crashed aircraft recoveries, emergency aircraft extractions, safety investigations, sortie generation, and even awards banquets. I enjoy working with diverse personnel to solve complicated puzzles. Sortie production provides daily challenges and variables that can only be solved through solid team dynamics - no one person can produce a sortie. Successful teams thrive when they are humble, recognize a need to improve, and constantly seek a higher efficiently - regardless of current performance.
