Strategy & Operations• Calculate operating and contribution margins across hospitals and employed physicians, interpret drivers for performance, as well as assess weaknesses in current cost accounting methodologies and propose enhancements related thereto• Design and implement Enhanced Care Team strategy for primary care providers of large regional health system, involving financial implications of greater APP leverage, shifts to virtual care, and the conversion from fee-for-service to risk-based model• Develop proprietary managed care benchmarking tools in PowerBI and Tableau for national and regional health systems to support strategic business decisions across their portfolios of hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and physician groups• Develop proprietary dashboards in PowerBI and Tableau for national and regional health systems to support strategic and operational decisions across portfolios of hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and physician groups• Provide analytical support to a national health system related to the conversion of billing system methodologies for hospitals and the employed physician groups, as well as negotiate managed care contracts as a result of the conversion• Assess financial implications related to the conversion of freestanding ambulatory surgery centers to hospitals, hospitals to ambulatory surgery centers, and freestanding clinics to departments of hospitalsTransaction Advisory Services • Manage buy-side due diligence efforts including Quality of Revenue, Quality of Earnings, and Managed Care Impact Analyses for hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and physician groups totaling more than $3b in net patient revenue• Provide post-transaction financial integration support for budgetary and operational purposes • Provide assessment of seller’s current revenue cycle management procedures and internal control systems
