- Technical Head of Engineering, very hands-on. - Led architecture to rewrite old monorepo to more progressive isolated repositories. This included moving out admin and frontend to NextJS repos and consolidating other services into a singular API with a common interface to DB.- Migrated old legacy on-demand services (along with dependencies) for Transactions to a real-time indexer leveraging a robust RPC-dependent service- Led our Protocol development end to end. Mapping everything from our systems design/interactions to our Solidity approach and audit. At the time of writing 7th largest by TX on Optimism. - Went through old AWS instance and reduced cost by 70%- Built processes in place to hire 5 stellar engineers, common engineering principles & internal processes- Moved from varying design frameworks/systems to a standard Tailwind setupStack: Typescript, NodeJS, NextJS, Solidity

- Built company from 0-1, wrote majority of codebase before hiring out a team of 13 ranging from product, engineering and growth. - Setup processes to help scale team, implementing a balance of eng effort to growth team efficacy- Ran process with co-founder to raise 4m+ from investors including Coinbase Ventures, Castle Island Ventures, North Island Ventures, Baller VC, IOSG, Freestyle VC, Goodwater Capital, EastWest Ventures, AAF Management, Michael Lazerow, Gramatik and other angels.- Led architecture on infrastructure, software engineering & patterns- Helped lead partnerships with some of the largest names in the world- Sourced, led and executed acquisition process with Napster

- Leading martech team from eng side. Currently removing marketing logic from microservice into Segment Personas and Segment Functions (AWS lambdas).- Architecting our eventing infrastructure with our Director of Data Engineering and implementing cross system connectivity through our servers & 3rd party tooling- Working with other senior engineers to refine and test our interview processes. Responsibilities include conducting dozens of technical phone screens and remote interviews, reviewing hundreds of resumes and hiring manager for my team (including VP and Director level hires)- Worked with Director of Devops and CTO to move our main app off a secondary domain to our primary app subdomains. Migration was across multiple languages, servers and clients spanning 15+ repositories- Team of three built out our Review core product in 3 weeks with a ~70% adoption rate among users in the first month- Team of three moved our Salesforce logic off a monolithic to a microservice Rails 5 API server - Implemented Redis and Sidekiq for a more robust solution to third party dependencies - Implemented error handling across projects to ensure visibility into thrown errors- Built out our Anonymous Lead tracking and how that translates to a known ID through localStorage, cookies, persisting data and database tables- Built out most of our Segment top of funnel event tracking to better enable other departments to make smart decisions off data- Led the team to rewrite our brand new React/S3 project onto GatsbyJS (statically rendered React). This project with a team of four took 3 weeks.

- 1 of less than 15 engineers on the team- Built out tools in our admin panel, growth hacks, funnels, automations and other initiatives with one key goal in mind - Growth- Helped lead team on overall rewrite of our technical debt filled React on Rails project to AWS/S3/Cloudfront- Built and optimized our Webpack to maintain an under 2mb main bundle- Introduced Code splitting, dynamic imports and ways to exclude JSON from main bundles- Implemented errors handling, Redux store and architecture around that.- Helped build out multiple pre products (something that was a mix of core products with anonymous usability)- Helped implement new Material UI (going from beta to V3)- As I transitioned to core, helped interview and hire for our Lead Front end engineer and set them up for success- Built out Blog using ButterCMS API implementation into a React on Rails App- instrumented key SEO initiatives, including a crawler middleware to detect Robots and server static HTML- Built dozens of landing pages on our marketing website and deployed production to hundreds of thousands of visitors- Built and maintained endpoints on Rails server for lead delivery- Built and maintained services to talk between Salesforce and our core Product server
