After graduating from Washington State University, I began working for the largest privately held homebuilder in the country, Shea Homes, in their 'Active Adult' division in as their marketing analytics specialist. This allowed me to move into an on-site real estate sales role for them in 2006. Following my time with Shea Homes, hung me real estate license privately with a variety of different brokerages, depending on the new construction site I was selling.By 2013, I found the TriStar Team (called Chuck Cady & Associates at the time) and began selling new construction as a site agent. I am still a member of the TriStar Team where my focus continues to be new construction sales and development acquisition, residential home sales, and real estate investment.Aside from my active real estate broker career, I have been an active real estate investor since 2003 in multiple local and out-of-state markets. This includes single-family home and multi-family homes held as both traditional rentals and short-term vacation rentals. I have also invested in real estate as short-term investment projects which include new construction development and fix-and-flip properties.
