◊ Analyze and adjust investor cash balances, validate and deliver account reconciliations, confirmand authorize draw requests for individual borrower accounts◊ Formulate monthly validations to ensure accurate and timely delivery of settlement andremittance reports to over 180 lenders◊ Communicate daily with various external and internal departments (e.g. – Internal accounting, IT,and analytics as well as external Title Companies, loan originators, lenders, and investors) torespond to inquiries for loan and portfolio information or to resolve reporting and remittancequestions◊ In charge of researching and completing audit confirmations on behalf of our investors andcollaborating with Audit CPA Firms to fulfill any additional requests in the same regard◊ Frequently organize meetings with lenders to answer questions and provide accountingexamples for a total of 35,000+ loans; regarding journal entries, reconciling loans accruedinterest, payments, and balances
