• Become person of accountability for each arrival and departure• Lead ground handling operation on a daily basis• Meet frequently with Ground Ops Manager to review operational and personal performance• Ensure all agents are briefed on their anticipated roles• Ensure all ground equipment is operational and provide a back-up plan for unserviceableequipment• Record daily operations for billing / invoicing• Ensure each airline procedures are followed in line with the rules and regulations of TransportCanada• Drive and operate ramp serving equipment, marshal/wing walk aircraft to gate• Sort, load and offload guest baggage in accordance with load plan, deliver guest baggage to claimarea and unload onto conveyor system• Services aircraft water and lavatories• Inspect ramp areas for debris and remove/dispose of when found• Report all equipment malfunctions to the appropriate supervisor• Grooms aircrafts – clean whole cabin, lavatories, restock lav with supplies• De-icing aircraft and recording deice fluid applications for billing / invoicing and auditing• Provide daily vehicle inspections
