- Operate shelter and foster program for companion animals whose owners are experiencing homelessness, are hospitalized, or are in rehabilitation programs across the Greater Cincinnati area to keep families together through transitions. - Partner with local animal welfare organizations and social service agencies to ensure all pets in program are healthy and are reunited with their owners.- Support pet owners in community to stay housed through pet pantry services, housing advocacy, and behavioral support.- Showcase FHIHN’s model to other organizations across the country as an effective way to keep families together, reduce trauma, and keep pets out of animal shelters

• Guide interactive tours to educate about caring for animals, farming, and sustainability• Manage and facilitate weekly day camps for children’s ages 5-15 in summer months

- Facilitated 2 groups of first year students twice a week for 2015-2016 academic year- Integrated lesson plans to assist in students transition into college- Assisted with students intellectual skills, university engagement, integrative learning, and civic and professional responsibility

- Assisted homeless families to find permanent housing, employment, & any other relevant needs for self-sufficiency- Conducted intakes, case plans & assessments with families in shelter- Further developed Pet Program to ensure families can keep their pets while in shelter

• Instruct children ages 3-10 various swimming styles• Spark creativity and imagination through storytelling while teaching• Red Cross First Aid and CPR Certifications

- Collected donations from University Alumni via telephone- Utilized customer service skills to communicate with alumni of all majors and backgrounds
