I have an extensive background in customer service-related fields, I have a passion for making connections with new people. I started at the Nashville Airport in 2016. I set goals for myself to where I wanted to be and achieved them by building relationships with the right people. This got me to my role as a Law Enforcement Officer with MNAA. While it may not seem obvious, customer service always comes first even for a Police Officer. I am constantly providing a personalized solution in every interaction in my day-to-day. Teamwork has always been a part of my work life, always getting to know my coworkers better to balance out each other’s strengths and weaknesses.
