Garrett joined Smith and Berg Partners in March of 2021 and has loved being part of some of the most exciting real estate deals on the Westside of Los Angeles! He moved to Los Angeles in 2018 and began working in the luxury hotel industry as a Concierge for the InterContinental DTLA and Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel. Garrett strives to bring the highest level of guest service to clients with efficiency, professionalism, and a sense of humor. Prior to his West Coast move, he attended Florida State University where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Theatre and Communications. He served as the Artistic Director for Osceola Arts, a live theater venue and art gallery in Central Florida. Starting as a production coordinator he quickly became the youngest Artistic Director in the organization’s 50+ year history. He acted as the executive producer for more than 40 theatre productions, concerts, and special events throughout the year. He worked as a teaching artist, and was an advocate for new works while producing material that attracted new patrons and increased ticket sales across the organization. He championed initiatives in diversity and accessibility to better reflect the diverse community the theater served!Outside of the office you can find Garrett enjoying good food, live music, our beautiful California beaches, and Dodgers Baseball!
