I'm a compliance professional with more than 14 years of experience in a variety of settings: community banks, a national bank, a bank holding company, a fintech, an online insurance marketplace, and now a credit union. I enjoy my job because it matters, it’s challenging, and I'm constantly learning. Year over year it gets more interesting. I try to do my job earnestly, happily and with the goal of steady improvement. My research is thorough and curiosity driven. I write carefully. My specialty to date has been lending compliance at banks and non-bank financial institutions, where I've worked on residential lending, unsecured consumer lending, consumer leasing, indirect auto, commercial lending, CRE, advertising and marketing review, and on writing and refining policies and procedures applicable enterprise-wide and for use within compliance risk management. I'm happy to have joined a talented, tight-knit team at DCU in 2022, and am enjoying this new adventure on the credit union side of banking.
