I obtained my Bachelors, funny enough on April fools of this year! Currently, I work part-time in operations at UPS as a Package Handler where I’ve pursued and achieved undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management. This role has provided me with valuable insights into operational processes and has helped me develop a strong work ethic. As a business owner, I leverage my interpersonal leadership and new business development skills to foster robust client relationships and maintain an effective operational management framework. My blend of HR expertise and entrepreneurial spirit enables me to tackle complex challenges with a commitment to excellence and collaboration.With over a decade of experience as a detail-oriented Human Resources clerk in both the military and hospitality sectors, I have consistently exceeded expectations by effectively coordinating and supporting daily HR, operational, and administrative functions. My military background has honed my communication skills, team leadership abilities, and critical decision-making capabilities. I am eager to further develop my skills in working with people and am committed to advancing my career in Human Resources to ensure that my practical experience aligns with my academic training.
