At the start, my partner and I recognize that the competitive environment, regulatory timeframes and market in general opened a short-term opportunity(10yrs) in a niche market. In the first stage of my tenure, the goal was to increase throughput and quality of our products. During the second stage, the focus was on sustaining throughput and increasing profitably and continue to do this while we maintained a competitive advantage and the market allowed. After ten years, in 2022 we recognized the tide began to turn and we made plans to efficiently wind-up operations and divest from the assets in a timely and efficient manner in order to conserve the capital of the stockholders of the company.
