Garrett is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in private equity real estate, asset management, and investments. He is the CEO of AquaSonic Car Wash, a leading car wash operator and investor in the US, where he oversees the strategic vision, growth, and performance of the company.Garrett has a proven track record of creating, developing, and scaling multiple real estate platforms across various asset classes and strategies, including residential, commercial, and car wash. He co-founded and serves as the CIO for Henley Investments' US business, where he leads the operations, acquisition, financing, asset management, and disposition activities on properties worth over $5 billion. He also established and ran Corbelis, a nationally recognized residential development platform, for six years. Garrett is passionate about finding and executing opportunistic and responsive deals that deliver value and returns to his investors and partners. He holds a BA in Economics from Johns Hopkins University and is a member of the International Carwash Association.
