I am am pursuing an undergraduate degree in economics focusing on empirical analysis and minoring in communication studies. I am an active member of the Econ club and Student Real Estate Association. Through my studies I have found a passion for exploring new ideas and a hunger for improvement as well as a thorough technical business understanding. I have a long history of leadership within my clubs and organizations and hold the distinction of Eagle Scout. Eagle Scout is something I worked very hard for and found great reward. The fundamental leadership and teaching skills that I had to learn have defined my work ethic and created my motivation to change our education system. I work with the LSU Museum of Art and have for long enough to have a significant responsibility within our special event spaces. This position has allowed me time to immerse myself into the beauty that is the creation and admiration of art. Above all else I want to help others both in the sense that we can all be better humans but also in that we all have a duty to support those less fortunate than ourselves. I think this is best achieved through true community education and engagement.
