• Led three sailors in the repair of 45 NIPRNET / SIPRNET major network trouble calls and the restoration of SIPRNET services which required remediation of 54 encrypted circuits.• Conducted 97 hours of Super High Frequency (SHF) communication suite training to four Naval Special Warfare subordinate commands which increased Navy SEAL communicators’ SHF knowledge and enhanced their ability to establish critical communications in the field.

• Led four sailors in the processing of over 800 foreign national check-ins, all command correspondence, travel and travel claims. Processed over 680 member Visas and 300 additional family member Visas. Managed $1.4M supply budget and responsible for the resolution of over 500 trouble calls.• Sole technical interface for 30 coalition nations and 180+ personnel. Managed four Combined Task Force turnovers and 580 workstations in five different facilities spread across Naval Support Activity, Bahrain.• Trained 128+ foreign coalition personnel on the proper use and functionality of Windows workstations (Microsoft Office, Command and Control Personal Computer (C2PC), Combined Enterprise Regional Information Exchange System (CENTRIXS), etc.). Ensured continuity of operations during foreign staff turnover periods.

• Led a team of nine sailors whose skills were sought out by subordinate commands across Naval Special Warfare (NSW) to provide best practices, training and assistance in troubleshooting critical system outages.• Spearheaded U.S. Special Operations Command (SOCOM) secure network connectivity for SEAL’s returning to Navy Ships. Leveraged Enhanced Bandwidth Efficient Modem with Ethernet Service Expansion Module (EBEM/ESEM) state-of-the-art technology to create Afloat Forward Staging Bases (AFSBs) where SEALs could deploy anywhere in the world on Navy Ships while maintaining constant communications to support mission planning and operations.• Led the Naval Tactical Command Support System (NTCSS) modernization effort, installed and upgraded 14 servers from antiquated Micro Snap technology to the “Patriot” version. • Restored NTCSS servers after catastrophic database failure. Worked closely with SPAWAR engineers during the critical database and servers restoration resulting in a downtime of less than 24 hours and minimizing critical data loss.• Provided key standard operating procedures to deployed SEAL teams which prevented the release of controlled information (River City) for deployed SEAL teams without the need to purchase additional equipment or software.

• Led a team of four system administrators in the maintenance and operations of 28 servers, 19 switches, 900 workstations and 5500 user accounts and mailboxes with a 99.8% system uptime.• Planned and executed the complex evolution of relocating the entire automated data processing infrastructure to support shipboard space modification while maintaining key service availability: e.g. Active Directory, Email, etc. Extended the shipboard network to a barge, two classrooms, and one trailer to support personnel off ship during modifications.
