I have always believed in three things; working hard, having consistency, and working as a team. In my life, I have learned that nothing worth having comes easily. This has been apparent to me for as long as I can remember. The next thing that is important to me is consistency. When in any kind of environment it is important to be consistent with everything from your mental standpoint to how you treat others. The third thing that is important to me is that a person works well with their co-workers. Teamwork has been a very important part of my life because I know that goals can unite us. Teamwork also has a way of building relationships that are dependable and at times can be very rewarding to have. Over the last two summers, I have worked for Baseline Sports Construction. I enjoy working for Baseline. My job at Baseline consisted of taking measurements of projects, setting up grading lasers to give slope for water runoff on projects, and helping out in any way I could to facilitate subcontractors who were working on the project. When working I like to be in a leadership position but like to communicate and work as a team.
