I am responsible for technical support and training for KLDiscovery's clients and team members on Nebula, KLDiscovery's cloud-based end-to-end e-Discovery platform. I provide support and consultation on everything from processing of incoming data collections, searching, culling, and management of matter data, and document production. As part of the leadership team supporting Nebula, I assist with management of the Nebula support team, and provide input on platform support and team processes and procedures. I also provide technical support Relativity and EDR, two additional e-Discovery solutions offered by KLDiscovery.

I filled many roles during my years at Credence Corp. I performed a wide range of tasks involved in digital forensics, electronic discovery, and data hosting, and I was called upon to provide expert testimony. As a result, I am intimately familiar with the handling, management, filtering, processing, and hosting of electronically stored information (ESI) at Credence Corp. In my ultimate role as Chief Security & Technology Officer, I was responsible for overseeing the technologies, applications, policies and procedures, and data and environment security at Credence Corp. I ensured that Credence Corp. was positioned at the technological forefront in the electronic discovery space by deploying and maintaining best-of-breed applications while ensuring the security of all data within the Credence Corp. environment. I managed the hosted application Relativity, and am adept with a variety of searching, culling, and processing tools such as Transperfect's Digital Reef, IPRO Tech’s eCapture and Allegro suites, Clearwell, and Wave Software’s Trident Pro. I prepared affidavits and provided consulting regarding computer forensic and electronic discovery cases and I am able to provide expert testimony on such matters. I have been certified as an eCapture Administrator, a Relativity Certified Administrator, An Access Data Certified Examiner, and I am a former Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
