As a member of the enforcement team, I provided regulatory advice on all laws within the Commission’s jurisdiction, investigated and prosecuted complaints, and represented the interests of the Executive Director before a five-member administrative hearing panel. I led investigations by identifying legal issues, researching relevant law, interviewing parties and witnesses, and examining documents of evidentiary value.
