Facilitates broadband deployment through joint-use / pole attachment interactions between EPE and EPE’s licensee’s consistent with contractual obligations, applicable laws, rules, and regulations. These vary between the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), the National Electric Safety Code (NESC) and internal construction standards. Coordinates contract negotiations with new clients and contractors for the efforts of broadband deployment and the management of existing infrastructure.Communicates with EPE Operations, licensee's and contractors on matters related to joint-use in an effort to facilitate efficient pole attachment activities, and to minimize miscommunications and potential safety and reliability concerns.

Maintained EPE’s GIS data using a multi-user and versioned ArcSDE geodatabase, in an ArcFM environment. These data varied between electrical transmission and distribution, and land information. Distributed updated oneline diagrams when switching occurred on mainline feeders. This also required an update activity in the company's mapping system. Trained GIS Specialists within department in the as-built reporting of work order materials, mapping of facilities, oneline diagram updates, and how our processes related to other departments in EPE.Performed field audits to ensure geodatabase accuracy by comparing GIS data and as-built field conditions safely and accurately.
