Some years ago my daughter asked me- "Daddy, what do you do at work?"I replied "I get jobs for people Honey."To which she responded- "That's good, people need jobs."That pretty much says it all.I love people! I love helping people! In the staffing business if you do not love people you are in the wrong line of work. I manage a great group of like-minded professionals who feel passionate about helping others. There is nothing more gratifying than helping someone find a job, especially someone who really needs a job. It is a very satisfying feeling on multiple levels, you help someone get back to work, you fill a need and assist your Client at the same time. Staffing gets into your blood and the more times you help people, the more you want to do it over and over. I feel blessed that I can make a difference in peoples lives and feel a deep responsibility and a certain amount of nobility about what my team and I do each day.
