Managed a team of 19 personnel providing communications support via SATCOM terminals to the the 1st Marine Aircraft Wing Commanding General. -Identified shortfalls in future systems capabilities and provided integrated solutions, which filled shortcomings which would reduce costs by more than $400K per system. -Developed training curricula and delivered instruction to interested personnel from all departments and all 19 assigned personnel on granular technical topics.-Established intra-service relations to support sensitive critical communications requirements, resulting in the success of a joint-level operation.

Oversaw a team of contractors while establishing a global network operations center (GNOC). Completed domain migrations transporting user accounts and data, and corporate data for 6 sites on 5 campuses. -Engineered and implemented intelligent programmatic solutions to reduce consultant personnel and man hour expenditures to complete domain migrations.-Developed and implemented operating procedures streamlining daily operations for the GNOC reducing required personnel for daily support operations.-Negotiated contract costs for installation of over 1500 fiber optic network end points in new work spaces for executive offices and related supporting staff; reduced contract cost by 40%.-Adroitly completed multi-threaded projects with little to no supervision.
