About Garrett Moore

Hey there, It's a pleasure to meet you! My name is Garrett Moore, and I'm a student in the field of Animation/Interactive Design. I am fueled by my passion for digital media, exploring the limitless possibilities within the realm of creativity. One of these realms I have a personal focus on is animation and interactive design, with its captivating ability to turn pictures into motion and sketches into worlds. To create and define characters, and to bring them to life! Throughout my academic journey, I have actively sought out opportunities to apply theoretical knowledge within practical settings. Whether through involvement in collaborative class projects, internships/jobs, or extracurricular activities, I've noted that the exploration of ideas within environments that provide room and opportunity for personal and collaborative growth fosters a diverse and intertwined community of individuals. A major part of this has led me to have a goal of eventually teaching as a professor in addition to working within the industry, gaining relative experience to grow my personal skillset and portfolio while providing students like myself the opportunities that I am so fortunate to receive from my mentors, peers, and professors. I'm extremely grateful to have the opportunity to connect and work with so many talented individuals, including you. I appreciate your time and look forward to connecting further.
