Garrett (Gary) Cooper is a founding partner of Fuel for Good, LLC and the Pinnacle Consulting Group. Fuel (www.Fuelforgood.co), located in Nashville, Tennessee, is an advisory firm providing resources to high capacity CEOs. The companies they lead are primarily early stage and are focused on achieving multiple bottom lines. Pinnacle works with investors to deploy resources in solving systemic community problems.Gary has served as Chief Operating Office and Chief Strategist for Ambassador Enterprises, a for profit philanthropic private equity company. Prior to Ambassador, Gary served as a faculty member in Taylor University’s business program and directed its Institute for Organizational Effectiveness, a program designed to increase the capacity of leaders in the nonprofit sector.Gary earned his MBA from Arizona State University and his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and led a team responsible for the investment and risk management of portfolios exceeding $40 billion for the Lincoln Financial Group. Gary has served on several nonprofit boards including A Hope Center (crisis pregnancy), Junior Achievement of Northeast Indiana, Race to Win Ministries, and Blackhawk Ministries. He recently retired from the board of Brotherhood Mutual Insurance Company where he chaired the investment committee.Gary and his wife, Jennifer, have been married for 48 years; they have three grown children and ten grandchildren.
