About Garrett Dalton

Garrett enables Digital & Technology Transformation across Savencia Gourmet and in Valrhona - Food Services Premium.Over the years he has built up his expertise in designing and implementing digital strategies in various industries across Europe. He has designed award winning interactive sales tools, that maximise the impact of the sales teams. He occasionally lectures on “B2B Digital Strategy” as part of the International Strategy Masters at the Ecole Supérieure de Publicité, Lyon. Before joining Valrhona he was the Digital Business Head at bioMerieux – the world leader in Microbiology diagnostics. And prior to that he worked at as the Global Digital Head (IS) at Roche Pharmaceutics, where he created and ran the 'Roche Digital Marketing Agency'; a sort of internal innovation agency, which was responsible to create and deliver digital business solutions across the company, globally. Previously he was a Senior Consultant for the Fullsix multi-channel agency (Paris, France), focusing on offering digital services for a range of global corporate client accounts (Airbus, Coca Cola, l’Oreal etc.).He spent some years in Luxembourg where he worked for the European Commission (DG Information Society), supporting the implementation of the eContent Digital Programme. And he worked as Content Director for a broadband portal and interactive television company (a sort of Netflixs before Netflixs!), called ‘Europe Online’. Before that he spent 5 years working in Italy (Milan & Florence) in the Internet & Multimedia sector.He is Irish, fluent in Italian and French He graduated in Computer Studies and Psychology (BA) Ireland, and European Interactive Multimedia (MA), Spain.
