 Travel North America surveying, deploying, and training employees in a Skype for Business & Office 365 software and Cisco Networking infrastructure upgrade project, with over 30 sites worked under ITIL standards and nearly 10,000 people trained. Advised the implementations of multiple, consecutive Skype and Office 365 Deployments  Longest employed Analyst. Created innovative and advanced Excel programs that increased efficiency of back-end work, enabling one person to do the work of a team in a fraction of the time.

 Single-handedly surveyed, documented, submitted tickets for, and audited work of data closets to ITIL standards across campus in 6 months. Management was used the data to better manage and hold accountable our contractors, thereby increasing ROI and improving networking infrastructure. Gained knowledge of inter-company communication systems, their infrastructure and how they are implemented due to an upgrade from Lync to Skype. Assisted the Engineer considerably in daily happenings: In one particularly impactful example, reports were created to show how work was impacting in the big picture; these were thoroughly enjoyed by management. Managed a small team of 4 Assistants while being supervised by the Engineer when large projects were undertaken. One example was an E911 survey of all honors dorms that finished under time and with quality data.

 Participated for 4 years in a top 10%-of-the-nation unit, —AZ-941—learning the hard to teach qualities like leadership, responsibility and integrity. As 1st Sergeant (Year 2), responsible for 80 Cadet Enlisted students as well as the general appearance of the entire corps and building. Was the toughest but most result-producing First Sergeant to date. Instituted a system to give metrics on how merits were being awarded, and by which Cadet Officers; this held them accountable for one of the tasks designed to increase Cadet Enlisted and Cadet Officer cooperation and camaraderie. As Flight Commander (Year 3), led the classroom hour during educational and vocational activities. The class took first place in the Flight Competition and were singled out by superiors for having an energy and connection between everyone in the flight that had never occurred in 17 years, and likely would not be replicated in the future. As Drill Team Commander (Year 4), oversaw about 70 students in the extracurricular and advanced performance wing of the corps. We represented our unit as the “best of the best” across the state and regionally in competitions.
