I entered the employee benefits field in the fall of 2006 and have had a great opportunity to learn and grow with one of the top insurance consulting firms in Arizona, FBC Services. Over my years with FBC Services, I have had the pleasure to help employers, both large and small, manage all of their insurance needs, including their employee benefits, commercial property, liability, auto, worker's compensation, etc. With today's evolving insurance market, I continue to educate myself and maintain an expertise in the employee benefit and commercial insurance markets. In April of 2012, I received the designation of Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) from The American College and in July 2012, I received the designation of Registered Employee Benefit Consultant (REBC), also from The American College. I strive to serve my clients with the most accurate and up-to-date knowledge on their insurance needs at all times.In August of 2013 I was promoted to my new position of Vice President of FBC Services, Inc.With the passage and then upholding of the Patient Protection Affordable Care Act (PPACA or Healthcare Reform), FBC Services is determined to ensure our clients successfully manage the changes this new law will bring to their business and their employees. Due to his highly recognized expertise and success in the area of employee benefits over the last 30 years, the President of FBC Services, Chris Durkin, has been appointed to the Arizona Governor's Exchange Council to help implement the changes coming to Arizona's health insurance marketplace as a consequence of PPACA.The Lord has blessed me in allowing me to be a part of the excellent team at FBC Services and with a job that enables me to serve others.
