-Supported portfolio managers in the daily duties of managing five closed-end private equity funds with $1+ billion of equity invested throughout the United States and Western Europe in real estate assets and securities-Prepared fair value models and provided support of valuations (dcf, income capitalization, sales comps, lease comps, and market data) for accountants and auditors every quarter, and detailed valuation memos at year-end-Created hold/sell analysis for multifamily community and made decision to market the asset for sale; $10.2 million equity investment returned over a 33% gross IRR and 1.9x gross multiple over its two year hold period-Launched a marketing and renovation program at a multifamily community and realized 6.0% YoY summer rental rate increases, 4.6% jump in occupancy, and a 50 basis point positive variance to underwritten operating yield-Compared income statements from struggling supermarket anchor tenant to that of comparable stores and S&P Capital IQ Market Survey to make recommendations to improve profit margin and preserve and harvest $9.3 million of equity capital-Prepared semi-annual advisory committee presentations and all quarterly and annual investor reports for Madison's funds-Completed investor requests every month to assist Equity Capital Markets team with $825 million fund raising efforts

-Created new business presentations on prospective investment opportunities and produced ROI analyses-Underwrote over $1.6 billion (GAV) of real estate transactions in detailed financial models to project operating cash flows and realizable partnership equity value, and conducted thorough due diligence on deals brought to Investment Committee-Underwrote, drafted IC Memo, and closed on an 80% equity ownership interest in a 586-unit Class A multifamily community in the Atlanta metro region for $10.2 million ($45 million GAV), and subsequently managed the sale of the property which generated over a 33% gross IRR and a 1.9x gross multiple over its two year hold period

-Assisted a team of brokers in valuation financial analyses and viability analyses of commercial real estate investment properties using Argus and Excel, and sourced deals through CoStar
