About Garrett Filetti

I am passionate about solving problems with and for my clients; helping them navigate the confusing, frustrating, and emotional process of a divorce or custody case. I am here to guide my clients, from start to finish - whether they simply need questions answered in a consultation, want to file a petition, participate in mediation, take a case to trial, or enforce judgments after the fact. I take pride in my ability to translate often complicated topics into language my clients are comfortable with and in advising my clients in a frank, but supportive manner. My goal in all cases is to minimize conflict and facilitate co-parenting for the long term, but to always be ready to go to the mat for my clients. As a military spouse of 8 years, I have first hand knowledge and experience about the issues unique to military families.When I am not lawyering, you can find me out running on the many beautiful trails near my home on Whidbey Island, lifting weights in the gym, getting outside in all the PNW has to offer by hiking, camping, and backpacking, or just reading a good book on the couch with my "fur children" (of which there are 5).
