Returning to my sales roots, I joined Supermetrics as a Sales Executive, where I played a key role in expanding our client base across the EMEA region. While the position had some technical aspects, my primary focus was on assisting clients in maturing their data pipeline toolstack and improving data governance practices. I coordinated cross-functionally on projects of all sizes and concentrated heavily on building global contracts with SMBs and agencies. My efforts contributed to driving some of the highest Annual Contract Value (ACV) in the company, showcasing my commitment to delivering value and fostering strong client relationships.

I began my career at Apple as an Account Manager for SMB Sales, where I contributed to large-scale technology deployments and prioritized customer experience. I later joined a Leadership Development Program aimed at cultivating future leaders within the organization. In addition, I supported Apple’s strategy team with various projects focused on knowledge sharing across the global organization, adapting customer and employee experiences in response to COVID-19, and enhancing diversity and inclusion initiatives.

I mentored startups, lectured on product development, and formulated go-to-market strategies. Some cases required aid with recruiting and rounding out their teams. My approach emphasized fostering collaboration and innovation, guiding companies through customer discovery, product and sales development.

As a first-time CEO, I led the development of an innovation management tool in Finland. Our product demonstrated great potential, and we were proud of the quality we delivered. However, as we navigated the competitive landscape, it became evident that our product direction did not fully align with market demands. Recognizing the importance of adaptability and market fit, we made the difficult decision to wind down operations in 2015.
