Passionate about safeguarding organizations in an ever-evolving threat landscape, I specialize in Security Operations Center (SOC) and Incident Response (IR) engineering, incident response, and cloud security. With a background in cybersecurity and a focus on proactive defense strategies, I bring a blend of technical expertise and hands-on experience to the design, implementation, and optimization of security operations that are scalable, robust, and resilient.In my current role, I lead a team of IR SOC analysts in one of the largest environments and most successful USG SOCs out there. I specialize in all things Cloud Computing. When I'm not leading my team when responding to an incident, I focus on building and fine-tuning Security Operations Centers, ensuring our incident response protocols are swift and effective, and driving forward our cloud security initiatives. My work involves creating and refining detection and response mechanisms, optimizing SIEM/SOAR workflows, and analyzing real-time data to protect critical infrastructure and sensitive data from emerging threats.I’m also committed to continuous learning and staying on the leading edge of cybersecurity trends and technologies, especially as the industry rapidly evolves with AI/ML advancements and complex cloud integrations.
