I practice law primarily in the areas of criminal defense, personal injury, divorce, child custody, worker's compensation, and estate planning.

I performed research and prepared memoranda and other relevant documents for professor Kate Schaffzin in the subject areas of Evidence, Civil Procedure, and Trial Advocacy.

For the first half of my summer, I assisted the Criminal Appeals division in writing appellate briefs defending the State in direct criminal appeals, post-conviction, and state habeas corpus proceedings. For the second half of my summer, I assisted the Consumer Advocate & Protection division in research assignments, drafting various memoranda, motions, affidavits, etc. I also assisted with e-discovery requests, contacting consumers to determine restitution eligibility, and the reviewing of CAFA settlement agreements submitted to the State.
