I worked as a member of the Business Process Outsourcing BPO team within the Procurement division of Anthem. One of my key responsibilities was the creation of a dynamic spend data visualization dashboard that displayed primary BPO suppliers. I also contributed to BPO negotiations with an external vendor regarding the contract and usage of a new software within the Anthem sales system. Other responsibilities included the review of multiple vendor contracts to insure compliance with updated information security regulations.

As a Product Management intern at Landis + Gyr, my primary responsibility was to create a Process Automation tool using MS Access that took a manual data conversion process completed on a daily basis in MS Excel and completed the task automatically using SQL queries and some VBA code. Other key responsibilities included the analysis of shipment forecasts, conducting market research on comparable product solutions, and the creation of customer-facing, user guide style documentation for a new energy product.
