•Developed and maintained stock plans in multiple branch warehouses and decreased stockouts and non-PO purchases by nearly 95% over a single quarter.• Coordinated with installation and sales leadership, distribution center, and vendor partners to open a new warehouse location and personally led warehouse staffing, stocking, and process implementation to quickly begin solar installations.• Trained and led 12-14 employees in multiple regional locations and audited warehouse operations, ERP processes, and material integrity best-practices to support 2-3 MW of monthly solar installations.• Implemented SolarEdge RMA processes for warehouses and service technicians to maximize accuracy, tracking, processing time, and vendor return credit for inverters.

• Built process with installers to implement material return tracking within the local branch, resulting quicker turnaround time for kitting material for installations.• Improved morning mobilization times and morning downtime by leading a truck replenishment and material replacement program for installation crews.
