When it comes to software, a business may not be willing to accept a "one-size-fits-most" approach; that's why I have spent much of my career developing a solution that fits your needs. From installation to zero-touch configuration and everything in between, I worked with ADVA to develop customized solution for the end customer. Starting with Overture Networks, I followed the progression of Ensemble Connector through its acquisition by ADVA Optical Networking and development as ADVA Edge Cloud. Working first in the Services department, I brought engineering level support to our customers and communicated their needs to each of the departments. As a relatively small part of the larger business unit, I had the opportunity to work extensively with Research and Development, Sales, and Product Life-cycle Management. As our customer's needs grew, I began developing customized software loads for each customer, and transferred into Research and Development myself. In this role, I continued to build on the cutting-edge of Network Function Virtualization built on open source software, including CentOS, Docker, and Openstack.This experience is based on a foundation of excellent communication, including technical writing, documentation proofing, and work with international teams.
