> I lead or co-manage a wide variety of projects, including residential, commercial, historical, and adaptive reuse. Our projects range from interior fit-ups and additions to multi-million dollar commercial and urban developments. > As architectural visualization specialist and design concept leader, I create sketches, hand renderings, and 3D models to guide the design team and our clients through the design process. I also create final presentation and marketing materials using BIM, rendering software, and Adobe Creative Suite. > My responsibilities span the length of our projects, from presenting and leading design proposals through the review process, to field documentation and schematic design, to construction document development. I also coordinate with in-house engineers from preliminary design though construction, and assist firm management with proposal writing, project estimation, scheduling, and new client relations.
