Virb is upending clinical research with a people-centric clinical trial ecosystem designed to save and improve lives. Our single-source, tech-enabled solutions source, train and deploy new talent into the clinical research industry globally and provide CROs and Pharma with a predictable, consistent and ongoing supply of qualified/certified new talent. As Virb’s Founder & CEO, I bring my broad expertise across technology, life sciences and HR to lead our highly experienced team of former pharmaceutical, CRO and technology executives and advance a digital health company focused on feeding the growing gig economy pipeline. An entrepreneur and investor who builds companies that scale, I am also a major investor in and advisor to several other digital health companies including Total Brian Ltd., a mental health and brain performance platform, and WishRoute, a patient engagement software company. My executive leadership spans 25+ years. In the last decade I’ve founded and led three companies and served as adviser to operating executives in the CRI, IT and digital recruiting industries. In my earlier career, I advanced quickly through the ranks of IBM’s HR unit, leading its Business Process Outsourcing startup globally, serving as COO of IBM Learning Services and, in my last role, heading global talent initiatives as Vice President-Corporate Human Resources. At Virb, through exclusive partnerships with universities and research centers around the world, our goal is to create thousands of new jobs/careers for students globally, and to open channels for career opportunities for students who have little or no visibility in the ‘invisible’ job market in clinical research. We are committed to globally creating a massive infusion of trained talent and then helping that talent grow with us throughout their entire life science employment journey.
