Ever since my first job, I have worked on a golf course and have found a great passion for it. When I was 16, I got my first job at a small public course. I then worked at a 27-hole public course for two summers during high school. Following that, I completed an internship and served as an AIT at Indian Valley Country Club. Most recently, I interned at Somerset Hills Country Club in Bernardsville, New Jersey. Currently, I serve as the First Assistant Superintendent at Indian Valley Country Club. I have gained such valuable experience through these positions. Moisture management, irrigation system fixes, spray programs, project management, and course set-up are just a few specific areas in which I have worked with. I also met golf course architect, Andrew Green, at Indian Valley where we looked at long-term plans for the course and future renovations which are now beginning to come to life. This experience has been invaluable for my professional development. Outside of work, I always find myself outdoors enjoying sports or other activities. I played baseball for most of my life, including four years on the team at DelVal. When I'm not working with the turf, I always find myself around it helping grow my passion for the profession.
