Manages the hardware and software selection processes, enabling future technology architectural capabilities.

Managed the development, implementation, and use of technology throughout the firm, working closely with advocacy staff to assess and address user and law practice needs. Responsibilities included the full range of information systems and telecommunications activities, including determining user requirements, recommending practical solutions, and leading firm-wide efforts to improve the effective use of technology.

Ohio Turnpike Commission, Fiber Optic Telecommunications Project.Project manager supervising the design, implementation and testing of new and upgraded telecommunications systems, providing the infrastructure for E-ZPass electronic toll collection. Managed client and vendor relationships as well as project requirements. Created and executed a communications plan, consisting of a project schedule, weekly stakeholder meetings, a change management process, migration plans, and technical reviews.
