He believes the home is the anchor for the family. A home is the safe place for the family to return to after having gone away for college, traveled for vacation, or worked a long day. It is a place of new beginnings for first time home buyers. A home is a place to gather extended family and friends to share special events.Prior to real estate, Garrick graduated University of California, Davis with a BS in Electrical Engineering, and Computer Science and Engineering in 1994. For over 10 years, he has worked for a number of hi-tech companies in roles including product development, business analyst, and project manager. He discovered his passion for teaching when he taught English in China during the summer of 2001. For over 10 years, he has taught K-12 students in English, math, science, and computers.
