I have over 15 years of experience as a marketing and communications leader, currently overseeing Customer-Centric Marketing for Air Force, Space, and Intelligence clients at SAIC. This role allows me to leverage my expertise in developing innovative marketing strategies that truly engage key stakeholders and strengthen customer relationships.Before joining SAIC, I served as the Senior Director of Communications, Marketing & Strategy at Valiant Integrated Services. There, I led a range of marketing communications efforts, from internal and external communications to brand development and crisis management. I also took on significant projects like transitioning a major HRIS system and launching the Valiant Foundation, which supports veterans and disaster recovery initiatives.Prior to Valiant, I work at Fluor Corporation, where I held various leadership roles in marketing and communications. I managed extensive marketing campaigns and supported strategic planning initiatives while overseeing complex business projects related to strategic planning and divestitures. My global experience includes deployments to places like Puerto Rico, Africa, Afghanistan, and Dubai, where I led public affairs and special projects.In addition to my professional journey, I've served on several boards, including the Valiant Foundation and as Chairman of the Board for Triune Mercy Center in Greenville, SC. I also had the privilege of being the executive sponsor for Valiant's LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group, Unite. Born and raised in Upstate, South Carolina, I am a laid-back nerd who strives to bring humor to almost any situation. My passions include all things animals, working with the disadvantaged, singing (or at least trying to), reading, weather-watching, hiking, and lazy weekends. My heroes are my grandparents, my favorite food is macaroni and cheese, and my motto is, “No worries.” I live in northern Virginia with my husband, Travis, and our four fur devils, Chio, Scarlett, Roux, and Rhett.
