At my current employment, I started as a busser when we first opened. After exiling at busser, I moved up to bar back after a bar back. I moved up after that to be a dishwasher to help the restaurant where I was needed. I became the FOH trainer after management saw how much hard work I did for the company. I wanted to keep moving up, so on my day offs I went up there to learn the books with the kitchen. I became a cook after that. I starting to learn how to cook everything properly and how to prep food items properly. I became the HOH trainer with more time in the kitchen. After that, I started to help the management team with whatever was needed. I became a key hourly manager for 2 years. I kept improving on my job quality and bettering myself. I became bar manager after that. I am a dedicated hard worker that wants to do the best for the company I work for. I am working to support me, my fiancée, my son, and our daughter who is on the way. I have learned so much from working at Twin Peaks. I am looking for other opportunities that will help benefit me, my family, and my future with them.
