1. Serve as Liaison between EHR Support staff and EHR Manager. Delegate and provide updates on projects Support staff is working on2. Mentor EHR Support staff on the on: Interfaces, Interoperability Platforms, EBO Query/Report Studio, Dictation Software, additional eCW Modules (eClinicalTouch, Mobile, Messenger, EPCS, Report Studio), eCW Provider Build and License maintenance, additional software (Luma, Integrate, WinAutomation, Infinitt, etc…)3. Coordinate, working with the EHR Manager, on keeping Office Equipment up-to-date, eCW Case Management, Provider Licenses, and Security Roles.4. Monitor daily system functionality and interfaces, distributing module/interface function reports as necessary to EHR Manager and coordinating with support track staff necessary changes/corrections. 5. Recommend upgrades, system changes, and/or program modifications as necessary for the efficient use of the EHR.

• Performs and coordinates complex analysis, testing and support services for eClinicalWorks and related applications• Provides complex application support and guidance to end users and provides technical guidance to less experienced personnel. Serves as point of contact for resolution of complex application problems. Able to quickly assess problems and identify resolutions.• Makes recommendations and provide alternatives with regards to various workflow and support initiatives.• Serves as liaison between help desk staff and vendor support services. Develops working relationships with the engineers and technicians in the vendor support departments.• Serves as subject matter expert for various modules relating to the EHR including but not limited to: Patient Portal, Messenger, Mobile, and Touch• Maintains a working knowledge of interfaces, interoperability platforms, incentive programs and population health metrics. • Reports system deficiencies to vendors and manages the corrective actions required to resolve the issue in accordance with the vendor’s service level agreement.• Recommends improvements in clinical work flow and processes which result in higher accuracy, more efficient processes and increased end-user satisfaction. • Writes reports and utilizes advanced data query tools to collect, report, and analyze metrics and interpret and communicate this data to physicians, office managers and administrative staff effectively.• Trains providers and staff as needed, mentors and helps to develop the skills of the HIT, support technicians, and trainer staff.• Answers Help Desk Calls and provides tier two support to Health Informatics Technicians

1. Serves as tier-two EHR software support to end users through phone calls, emails, software tickets or in person.2. Helps to mentor and develop the knowledge and skills of tier one support staff, assists tier one support staff with training on specific modules of the EHR system.3. Provide end user training on specific modules of the EHR system as well as: New Employee Training, New Provider Training, Office Manager Orientation Training, Basic eCW Navigation Training, and Webinars.4. Works with the medical offices on specific workflows and documentation procedures to optimize practice efficiency and patient engagement. 5. Provide onsite training and support for new practices or new providers joining existing practices.6. Takes leadership roles with development of end user training, workflow guides/videos.7. Takes leadership roles with the system build, set up and training for new medical offices.8. Takes leadership roles with the testing of new EHR modules, features and upgrades.9. Reports issues that can’t be resolved on the spot utilizing the ticketing system both internally and with the software vendor.10. Assists Support Specialists with compiling the log of external tickets with the software vendor and analyzing the data.11. Assist with generating reports utilizing Query Studio and EBO Reports and analyzing the data to help identify and correct potential workflow issues in the medical offices.12. Assist with monitoring daily system functions required to support medical records exchange (interfaces, faxing, eRX) 13. Participate with projects requiring data entry.14. Build new end users/expires departing end users and merge duplicate patient accounts according to established department protocols.15. Assist with the administration of the EHR system according to established quality and compliance protocols.
