In this role, I provided design engineering support to the Aurora, IL Medium Wheel Loader factory. I was the interface between the MWL Current Engineering team and our assembly line, directing design issues through the World Wide machine leads and on to component engineering teams, then back out to the line. All current production issues were communicated to my worldwide counterparts, and I maintained the list of global issues. I also forwarded quality and assembly issues to their correct, respective owners. Additionally, I performed design engineering work to support select current production MWL projects.- Completed over 180 hours of MWL seat-time through machine testing, validation, and operator training for team members- Engineering-related quality defects dropped significantly during ownership of MWL Aurora factory VOC issues – Of 44 open issues, 32 closed, while remaining 12 had ICAs in place during PCA development- Managed golf cart and scooter fleet for Maintenance Engineering team, coordinating service, managing parking & key sign-out, and instructing required safety training for new team members
