As a Process Integration Engineer with HRL Laboratories, I apply my Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering - Nanotechnology and more than four years of semiconductor fabrication experience to push the boundaries of what is possible. I lead new efforts in exciting areas of research, such as active, smart, and responsive materials and metamaterials, and optimize the design and integration of fabrication technologies for cutting edge applications.I have a proven track record of delivering value from research and collaboration with equipment suppliers, academic institutions, and government agencies, such as NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Broadcom Corp., and Intel Corp. I have contributed to the development and deployment of novel lithography and process integration techniques, from deep UV immersion to nontraditional nanoelectrochemical methods, and enhanced process/tool robustness, capability, and performance for high-volume manufacturing. I have also published multiple papers in high-impact journals such as ACS Nano and Analytical Chemistry, and received several awards and fellowships for my work.
