Some of the highlights have been:-Leading a team of students, professors, researchers, and collaborators to write and submit two SBIR grant proposals to the National Institute on Drug Abuse and National Institute of Mental Health with budgets of $150,000 and $185,000.-In partnership with the Boys and Girls Club of Troy, NY we were awarded the NYS Office of Mental Health-Anti-Stigma Grant Award ($5,000) to conduct on-site educational mental health events.-Participating in the IgniteU NY business accelerator, Commercialization Academy AFRL business accelerator, and the National Science Foundation (NSF) I-Corps program. Licensing IP from the Air Force Research Lab. -Creating The We Not I Podcast: a platform to share stories of mental health resilience, perseverance, and tangible skills to help each other.-Entrepreneurship Competitions: 2017 Commercialization Academy Demo Day Audience Vote ($5,000); 2017 New York State Business Plan Capital Region -Social Entrepreneurship Finalist; Siena “Spark Tank” School-Wide Competition, 2018 SUNY Adirondack Business Plan Competition ($1,000). A total of $22,000 in seed money was raised through competitions, grants, and accelerator programs.
